Returns

We accept returns if the product is:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect or different from what you ordered

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your product.
  2. Share clear photos and your order details with our customer service.
  3. Once verified, we’ll guide you through the return and replacement or refund process.

📝 Note:
For hygiene reasons, personal care products (such as electric toothbrushes, water flossers, etc.) can only be returned if unused and in original packaging, unless found defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders not yet shipped can be cancelled and refunded in full.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, it will need to follow our return process once received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
